Our target is within five business days after payment, required information and assets, and your final approval are complete. A domain change you control or an unresolved third-party verification can extend that timing.

Beginning in your second billing period, the plan includes one grouped request each month to update existing text, photos, hours, contact details, services, service areas, or calls to action. Once we have a complete request and the needed assets, our delivery target is three business days.

Yes. One standard web address is included and handled for you while the plan is active. Premium or additional web addresses and unusual third-party costs are quoted and approved separately before purchase.

No long contracts. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You may cancel without buying the website, and no prorated refund is promised. Customer-owned domains remain customer-owned. After six paid months, you may request transfer of the standard website and included domain without a Blue Pharos transfer fee. Before then, retaining them uses the declining buyout schedule: $1,500 after one paid month, $1,200 after two paid months, $900 after three paid months, $600 after four paid months, $300 after five paid months. Transfer is requested, not automatic, and requires valid destination details and resolution of applicable outstanding balances. Reasonable domain setup assistance is included; third-party registry, registrar, hosting, and destination-provider costs remain your responsibility. The internal admin platform, credentials, automation, prompts, and reusable shared-template tooling are not transferred.

Billing is handled securely through Stripe, and Blue Pharos does not store your card details. For now, Blue Pharos handles payment-detail, invoice, and receipt requests directly. Online self-service will be offered only after it has been fully verified.

After we verify your exact Google Business Profile and direct review destination, your first billing period includes one QR image, one print-ready 4×6 review-request card, one SMS template, one email template, and simple guidance. The materials ask for honest feedback. Blue Pharos does not upload your customer list, contact your customers, automatically send requests, gate or fabricate reviews, offer incentives, or guarantee reviews.

Blue Pharos keeps the website live, secure, and current; handles the included web address; supports basic local visibility; and prepares the included updates and marketing direction. You provide accurate business information, lawful photos and content, any access we need, complete update requests, and timely approvals.

After launch, you receive three customer-ready text posts per calendar week: one to educate, one to build trust, and one to prompt action. Each post includes a caption and one call to action, and each monthly pack normally contains 12 to 15 posts for one consolidated review. Each month, Blue Pharos also prepares one broader reviewed recommendation and a clear update on available website activity, completed work, and practical next steps. You choose whether and where to publish; images, publishing, scheduling, advertising, account access, and reply management are not included.

The base plan does not include unlimited edits, new pages, redesigns, custom features, ecommerce, booking systems, paid advertising, campaigns, social publishing or reply management, advanced search campaigns, video, or on-site photography. Work outside the plan receives a written quote and does not begin until you approve it. Rankings, traffic, leads, calls, sales, and revenue are never guaranteed.
